Invoices
If you add credit via Stripe, you can issue a formal invoice for the payment with your company title and tax ID (PDF + invoice number included). Alipay / WeChat / cryptocurrency top-ups are not eligible for invoicing.
Save your invoice details (recommended first)
Log in to the Console, open Wallet on the left, find the Invoice Details card, and click Edit / Set up to fill in:
- Company / Invoice Title (required)
- Tax ID (unified social credit code / VAT / EIN, etc.)
- Invoice Email, Country / Region, City, Address, Postal Code (as needed)
Once saved, these details are pre-filled at checkout and when issuing invoices — set them once and reuse them, and you can edit them anytime.
Invoice at checkout
When paying with Stripe, you can enter your tax ID on the payment page; an invoice is generated automatically after payment and sent to your email.
Issue an invoice for a past payment
If you didn't get one at checkout, or need to re-issue it:
- Open Wallet, click Order History in the top-up area to open Billing History.
- Find the relevant Stripe order (its payment method shows as Stripe) and click Issue Invoice.
- Confirm or complete your company title, tax ID and other details, then click Issue Invoice again.
- Once issued, you can View Invoice or Download PDF right away, and you'll get an invoice number.
Notes
- The invoice amount reflects the actual amount paid (including any promo-code discount).
- You can enter a different title / tax ID for a one-off invoice without overwriting your saved details.
- Only completed Stripe payments can be invoiced.
