Terms of Service

Welcome to Tianshu (tian-shu.org, hereinafter "the Platform"). By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. Description of Service

The Platform provides LLM API aggregation and forwarding, routing requests to upstream model providers through a unified interface. Available models, groups and rates are as displayed live on the Model Marketplace; the Platform reserves the right to adjust models, routes and rates.

2. Account and Keys

• You are responsible for the security of your account and API keys. Losses resulting from a leaked key are borne by the account holder.
• Do not use your account for any purpose that violates the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

3. Billing and Top-up

• The Platform bills by actual usage, deducted from your account balance in real time. See Billing for details.
• Top-ups credit instantly at a 1:1 ratio. Except where otherwise agreed or required by law, consumed usage is non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for any unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, or network-security-threatening activity;
• Do not send malicious requests that may affect platform stability (such as abnormally high frequency or traffic inflation);
• Upstream providers' usage policies also apply to requests made through the Platform.

In case of any violation of the above, the Platform reserves the right to restrict or terminate service for the relevant account.

5. Service Availability

The Platform strives to keep the service stable and available, but makes no absolute guarantee as to the availability of third-party upstream providers or the accuracy of their output. In the event of service interruption due to force majeure or upstream failure, the Platform will do its best to restore service.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide the service (such as account and usage records) and will not sell your data to unrelated third parties. Request content is forwarded to upstream providers as needed to complete the call.

7. Changes to Terms

The Platform may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect once published on this page.
