Billing
Tianshu uses pay-as-you-go billing: you pay for what you use, deducted from your account balance in real time. No monthly fee, no minimum spend.
How billing works
- By usage: each request is settled based on its actual usage (input / output tokens, or per call) and deducted from your balance once the call completes.
- Rate-based pricing: each model has a rate within its group. Final cost = model base price × group rate × actual usage. The lower the rate, the cheaper.
- Live and transparent: every model's live rate is published on the Model Marketplace so you can check before you commit; every charge is itemized in the "Usage Logs" in the console.
We don't list specific prices in the docs — models and market rates change fast, so the live rates on the Model Marketplace are always authoritative and always the most up to date.
Top-up
- Top up in the console's Wallet. Alipay / WeChat Pay / cryptocurrency (e.g. USDT) are supported, with instant crediting.
- Top-ups are credited to your account at a 1:1 ratio.
- Your balance can be used to call any model you have access to.
Credit and usage
- Balance, spending history and usage statistics are shown live on the console's "Dashboard".
- You can set a separate credit cap for each API key, making it easy to manage by project or use case.
Common questions
- Are there any hidden fees? No. You're only charged for actual usage, and rates are public.
- Do all models cost the same? No. It depends on the model itself and the rate of its group — see the Model Marketplace.
- How do I save money? For similar needs, prefer models / groups with lower rates; the differences are clear at a glance on the Model Marketplace.
